Founder, Women in Networking
Holly Fish, Director of Marketing and Human Resources for EGP, PLLC Certified Public Accountants & Consultants. She has been an advocate and thought leader for women in business for many years. As an original board member of WIN (Women in Networking) of Northwest Arkansas, she played a vital role creating the look and feel of WIN which is now the largest educational women’s networking organization in Arkansas. She joined EGP in 2007 and quickly founded WIN- Women in Networking of Central Arkansas. The organization is made up of women from all walks of life that share a passion for smart, strong female leaders and mentors who are working to change the climate of women in the work place. Holly speaks to women groups locally and nationally on understanding that truly supporting female business leaders ensures that if “she” is winning, you W I N as well. She was voted “Most Powerful Woman in Volunteerism” by AY Magazine in 2014; in 2010 she was named “Women in Business Champion of the Year” by the U.S. Small Business Administration Arkansas District. Her work empowering and uplifting women is never ending and she proved this once more as a champion and current Chair of the first Arkansas Women’s Hall of Fame Museum. Holly was also a local 2016 TEDx speaker for the TEDx Markam Street series in Little Rock.
Holly has also held many committee and board seats including years of service in bringing awareness to the Argenta Historic Art District where she is currently Chair of the Argenta Downtown Council. Holly is originally from Louisiana, built her career in Dallas, Austin and Chicago, and proudly calls Arkansas her home.
