Meyko <\/a>was born out of the meeting of minds between Sandrine Bender<\/a> and Aliz\u00e9e Gottardo<\/a>\u00a0during a training program on the Internet of Things, aimed at making engineers and designers\u00a0collaborate. The enthusiasm that grew throughout the project coupled with the conviction of the\u00a0development potential, inspired them to launch an entrepreneurial adventure.<\/div>\n

Asthma is the\u00a0most common chronic\u00a0disease among children.\u00a0This respiratory\u00a0disease now a\u001fects 1 in 10 children around\u00a0the world! This illness is accountable for\u00a0250,000 annual deaths worldwide and is\u00a0the third leading cause of hospitalization\u00a0among children in the US.<\/p>\n

Asthma treatment is characterized by a\u00a0daily controller medication and an emergency treatment (quick relief medicine like\u00a0Ventolin).\u00a0Long-term controller treatments\u00a0help stabilize the disease\u00a0and are the basis\u00a0for an improved daily health condition for\u00a0asthmatic children!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
