Social Media Content Creator

Are you excited about amazing content and the reaction it gets from an audience? Do you know

Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube? Do you thrive off of creating engaging stories? Do you
understand the strategy for social on how to bring it to life? Do you know how to harness and
amplify gender equality messages on social media to create authentic interactions with our

Responsibilities:
Own the social media content creation game, including photography, video, design and
archive inspirational images.
Lead the execution of the social creative strategy to meet the brand’s quarterly timeline goal.
Responsible and accountable for meeting tight deadlines and submitting edited content.
Real-time design and execution of social-first assets by channel— including but not limited to
video, short-form GIFs/boomerangs/time-lapse/banners, static images, etc.
Prepare and manage asset delivery, including retouching, editing, and naming all images
according to the product being featured.
Participate in internal meetings
Work closely with, communicate, and present creative direction with Creative Director
Deliver assets in the correct format and on time.
Requirements:
2-5 years’ social media/photography/graphic design experience
Exceptionally skilled at image curation, visual storytelling, typography, layout, form and color
Good grammar and writing ability
Extremely Organized
In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
Well-rounded design experience across all social media channels
Ability to create gifs and other lightweight videos social content
Acute awareness of social best practices per channel and real-time key social trends
Highly creative, collaborative, positive, and proactive
Experience: relevant: 2-5 years (Preferred) Location: Virtual  Compensation: Based on experience and industry standard
