This conversation explores how women are reshaping conversations around health, identity, wellness, media, and cultural influence in today’s rapidly evolving digital world. Drawing from personal journeys in health, wellness, and public storytelling, the discussion reflects on the power of vulnerability, resilience, and digital platforms in breaking stigma, building community, and inspiring change. The conversation also explores the evolving role of media in amplifying women’s voices, redefining influence, and creating more inclusive narratives around wellbeing, leadership, and identity. Healthcare is entering a new era where women are becoming one of the most influential forces shaping culture, consumer behavior and innovation. From GLP-1s and menopause to fertility innovation and FemTech, women are demanding more transparency, personalization and control over their health journeys. But as attention on women’s health accelerates, so do the contradictions: breakthrough innovation alongside misinformation, growing visibility alongside inequitable access, and empowerment narratives that aren’t aligned with the realities of reproductive rights. Panelists will explore what’s next in women’s healthcare—and what brands and leaders need to see around the corner to build trust, relevance, and real impact in one of the fastest-evolving categories today.

Women are increasingly rewriting the rules of a parallel universe when it comes to their health — advocating for themselves and each other, embracing new technologies and demanding solutions that fit their lives. GLP-1 medications sit at the center of enabling this paradigm, accelerating a new era of consumer-led health decisions while challenging long-held stigma and assumptions around weight, wellness and overall health. Drawing from newly released global HarrisX-Allison Worldwide data, this conversation will explore new insights why GLP-1s have become both a medical breakthrough and a cultural phenomenon. Panelists will discuss the opportunities and new challenges emerging from this rapidly evolving landscape, including access disparities, social stigma, telehealth-driven care and the broader implications for women’s health and wellbeing.

What happens when health stops interrupting culture and starts showing up within it? At this Cannes fireside chat, moderator Emily Seal (Clio Health) leads a dynamic conversation with Novartis, NFL and Digitas Health on how cultural fluency is reshaping the way we engage people in their health. Together, they’ll explore how the powerful partnership between Novartis and the NFL is redefining what it means to meet audiences where they already are by embedding into critical health conversations to moments that matter. From the scale and influence of the NFL, to the responsibility and rigor of a global brand like Novartis, to the strategic and creative lens of an agency, this panel brings three distinct perspectives on a shared challenge: turning awareness into action by making health part of everyday culture. Disabled people remain systematically underrepresented in front of and behind the camera. This panel examines the barriers to progress and what it will take to overcome them. Moderated by Shakira Peronet, a booker currently working with With Not For, the session features panellists Kelly Gordon, Emma Gardner, and Emma Lines. Gardner and Gordon are co-founders of With Not For, a talent and production agency that exclusively represents Disabled creatives. Lines is the UK's number one wheelchair-using model, bringing first-hand experience of working at the sharp end of an industry that has yet to fully open its doors. Together they will address the barriers holding representation back: the underestimation of Disabled people's capabilities; assumptions about who belongs in which roles; inaccessible production environments; gatekeeping at the casting stage; and a pattern the industry has long relied on — featuring Disabled talent only in work aimed at a Disabled audience, rather than as a natural part of mainstream storytelling. A conversation about visibility, power, and what genuine inclusion in the creative industries actually demands.
